On May 28th, 2005 I attended RTMC for the day. It was quite an event with an overflow crowd of amateur astronomers. Here are a few images from the event:

This is the vendor area. RTMC had many more vendors than any other Star Party I have been to. In attendance were Televue, Camera Concepts, Oceanside Photo and Telescope, William Optics, Stellavue, Celestron, Meade, Astronomy to Go and many others.

Below is the William Optics booth. Both William and David were working the booth. That is David assisting a customer.

In the center of the next image is my new toy. Well, one of the toys I bought that day anyway. It is the 2" Field Flattener / 0.8x Focal Reducer for my WO ZenithStar 80mm refractor.

Of course I had to take a photo of myself and Willaim Yang after buying the Field Flattener. He showed me one of the new toys he is about to start selling--their new ZS 80mm APO. It looks just like the Semi-APO I currently own, but the images are completely color corrected. I got to look through it during the day and the images were sharp. It was daylight lout, but the image looked pretty good to me.
